Still no joy with Modem

The new Altech modem is not compatible with my laptop. Took it back twice, they couldn, t get it right. would also not cancel the contract. Got a call from Marco, stating that they would pay for my upgrade, as well as my continuing expenses, but he is obviously not prepared to put that in writing has he no longer responds to emails
