I have initiated a contract that included BIS with a total of R159 pm for the 9360 which was a promotion that ran in December.
I now see a statement @R238, charging me for BIS and other add-ons.
This needs to be resolved, I have had nothing but grief since I joined, terrible network, scrambling of calls and many dropped calls in the randburg area.
I am not willing to call the call centre as it is frustrating to get a resolution.
