I have been experiencing terrible service from this network. It does not mater which hospital I work in, my calls keep on getting dropped and shifted to voice mail. How am I to help people if all my Emergency calls never reach me???.( No Network Signal on dialling out, straight to voice mail on incoming calls)
I have recently updated my contract with this network, which I feel has been the biggest mistake of my life. I have never experienced this with any other network in SA.
I get no help from the customer service at multiple branches and at the call centre.
Please FIX and keep up to your promise regarding service and coverage in SA ..
