I have been waiting for over a year to get my phones Internet connection problems fixed.
every time i call the customer care centre to ask for help. i get told to reset this and reset that. and they never give me a permanent fix for the problem!! and after that they say they will call me back to see if the problem is fixed and i never get a phone call!!!
i need my phone to do my job and i make them aware of that EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL THEM!!!
this is getting extremely aggravating!
