Good day.
I have logged multiple calls, and spent hours on the phone. Many technicians have come and gone, but alas! Not one person can give me a definitive answer as to why the ADSL line is so very poor. I have spoken to a neighbour down the road, and I have started gathering specific ADSL line specs for comparison to what I am getting. I was surprised to see some of the excellent line quality statistics others are getting.

Anyway, it is my opinion that the lines (copper) are not fastened / terminated correctly, and the Technicians say they don't have the equipment to test line quality. The techies keep closing the calls, because they know that there is no transparency or accountability. You also can't e-mail Telkom, at least I couldn't find an e-mail. Only an on-line complaint section. Then again you don't get any confirmation of receipt when you complain.
All I need is the quality to be restored so I can get my ADSL speeds back... Please :-(
