Blank screen is now a cracked screen

Still no constructive feedback from 8ta. I don't even get any response from the people who is suppose to help me. After weeks of nagging them for the report they finally send me a picture of a phone with a cracked screen, the one i handed in was 12 days old and the screen was only blank. The last comment from them was you got the sim, what seems to be the problem. So now i wonder they cant return my own device, only blaming their shop in Alberton for the problem. They deduct the contract from my bank every month. Is this not, and unethical. What happened to good honest business relations. can anyone at least just answer me on any of my mails. do theyhave so many customers, that they can afford bad service and quality.
