I contacted Cell C more that 2 weeks ago with regard to my phone that is still giving me problems, the phone was in for repairs but was not fixed when I received it back.
I have been attempting to have my phone replaced or fixed (Cell C promised a "loan hand set" identical or similar to my phone. - as I NEED MY PHONE FOR WORK, and my phone was in for repairs a month ago.
Funiwe promised me the phone will be collected and the "loan hand set" will be delivered. This was a empty promise.
I send her an email on Friday she only responded this afternoon after I made 3 posting on Facebook and and send her numerous emails. I received no positive feedback and now Cell C blocked me from making posts on their wall, no one is responding to my emails.
Clearly the worst service provider in the country by far!!!
