Bad service from Afrihost

Since receiving my Mobile Wifi from Afrihost in November I have had nothing but trouble trying to receive a 3G signal. I immediately started to communicate with them as to the performance in that I only received 2G which was not satisfactory. The reception map which I checked showed that I would receive 3G. I have been in constant contact with 5 or 6 people who have sent me tons of questions and things to do. I have completely responded to all of them. I might add that I constantly receive a 3G signal from another supplier so to expect the same from them is not asking too much.

As I have had no joy I went on to the website and tried to cancel the contract. It was made clear to me that the contract could be terminated at any time, but the problem is that I am paying off the modem, and that would be the reason for the site to say " termination under review". It is basically unused and in the box. They can have it back and sell it to someone else. Come on Afrihost, this is no way to treat a client. Either fix my problem or cancel it.
