I upgraded by ADSL Line to the new price structure to a 2MB ADSL Uncapped Line. Ever since i have done that my line speed is terribly SLOW, i wish i never used them as a service provider, it has taken me now up to an hour on my cell phone to sort out the problem at almost R2.70 per minute. And still has not been sorted out, the staff are unhelpful. My advise is not to go for the new Uncapped Specials as it is very very very very very SLOW.
Can some-one please cancel my service and put it as it was
