HOW LONG WILL THIS STILL TAKE!?!?!

I took out a new contract at autopage Menlyn and was assisted by Lebo who had an excellent attitude.

As it turns out, she gave me the incorrect sim card. Fair enough, I returned to autopage where Chester, their team leader, started the reactivation on a new sim and told me that it would take 24 hours and that he would call me. Needless to say that 24 hours later, much like what I received from Autopage, my cell phone reflected "no service".

Great, so I called autopage again and spoke to Jacques. It turned out that it would be easier to milk a beached whale than to get information from Jacques so I in stead opted to call customer services.

Spoke to Riana at customer services and again, her attitude was exemplary, no complaints there. Riana told me that no activation has been processed and that it would take 24 hours, she did apologize for delay and I felt much better - until the following morning when my cell phone still reflected no service.

Just spoke to Jonas at Autopage, he told me it would take 2 more hours, we shall see how this plays out.

Autopage, raise the competency levels! If you can't reach me on the provided cell phone number, not my fault!
