I just had the most spectacular call from Sibusiso @ Click Direct Medicine informing me that there is an account of R170.90 outstanding 5 months after my gran passed away, I am listed as the contact person on the account, telephone, cell and email address, yet i have had no communication whatsoever regarding this account, besides telling me that "technically" they did communicate by putting an account in the delivery box, i highly doubt that my gran would have been able to open the box, and contact me to pay the account from beyond the grave. Absolutely ridiculous.
