Im voicing a concern on behalf of an elderly family member who has braved a new contract with 8ta.
She noticed that after a week she has 100mb. She does not surf the internet at all.
She should have 5gb a month.
She tried calling 183 and 188 and both numbers after the prompts are answered, cuts on the call being transferred.
Can someone please assist her.

I'm concerned that the incorrect internet bundle was loaded on the contract.
Please also ensure that her internet is capped so she cannot use more than the included minutes/data, sms etc.
