To start I cannot go in to MTN i work all the time.. So i did an online application which went well..
I got a call today to confirm everything for approval purposes.. To do so I was told they needed to ask me questions about myself to make sure it is in fact the person that applied for the account.. Which is fair..
Except none of the questions were related to me at all.. None of the numbers listed were ever my numbers?
Then she had the nerve to tell me that I had failed and needed to go in store for further help.
Because I had failed in certifying myself?
Tell me MTN where do you get your information because I answered everything 100% honestly and you are telling me that I am wrong?
Now i have to take UNPAID leave to go visit your stores beacause of pathetic information and communication skills on YOUR part and not mine?
VODACOM previously I had my contract for my Ipad settled online within 3min and they delivered the next day.
So catch a hint please and please do call me so that I may explain just how dissapointed I am in your company.
