Multiple Call - No Service

I activated new contract on the 13th January intended as emergency contact for my daughter. Asked to wait 24 hours. Waited. Unable to receive calls on the 14th. Tested in multiple phones. Called Customer Care. No resolution. Feedback promised. None received.
Visited Vodashop on 15th. No resolution. Feedback promised. None received.
Logged Service Request with Customer Care on the 16th. Feedback promised within 24 hours. None received.
Called Customer Care for feedback on request on the 17th. Transferred to Activations. Informed they can not assist.
Called Customer Care again. Told to wait another 24 Hours.
