Worst customer care

Did not receive my package, was promised i would receive it before 14th December. I e-mailed, did not receive feedback. i found twice (between 30 and 60 people waiting inline) took more than an hour. Person logged complaint that i was suppose to receive package 14th January. Even though he had my prevouis e-mail in front of him. Previously, received wrong colour shoes, didnt have time to wait for hour to speak to customer care. Extremely dissapointed
