On 31 December I handed my faulty phone in at MTN Port Elizabeth's Repair Centre. The volume button did not work properly - the volume increased and decreased randomly and did not work when I wanted to change it manually. People could not hear my voice at all when they phoned me. On 3 January I I fetched it - they said that it was fixed. I started encountering the same problems again and handed it in on 15 January and received it back on 16 January. Accoding to MTN all the faults were software related and fixed. It is definately not true. All the problems that I had when I handed it in are still there. No-one can hear me when I phone them or when they phone me and the volume button is still faulty. According to MTN more than one technician tested it. That is very bad service from MTN. If they cannot repair it as it seem, they have to replace the phone as it is still under guarantee. I am very dissappointed with MTN's service.
