Durban is the best when it comes to excellent serv

I went into the Westville store in december just to enquire about my Samsung Phone that was overheating, i spoke to a very sweet helpful lady whose name badge read Denise Pitham, Manager. She seemed very techno saavy and looked at my phone and gave me options on how to resolve it, because I am from Jbh and was on vacation in Durban, I didnt have my receipt, she found out which store i took out my contract and called the store and asked them if they could send her a copy, I went out and came back and by that time, she had printed it and handed it to me, she told me to take it to the Samsung Technical Division, she even called them and got directions for me, and that they would replace the battery. I am wowed that someone in their busy day, and believe me the store was busy, but Denise helped me as well as other customers with a smile and knew exactly what she was talking about, this is service I never get in GP, Denise you could definitely teach your colleagues in certain branches in GP how to deal with customers, well done, you definitely love your brand and your job and it shows. Keep it up
