Good service from Kia at last

On a trip through PMB on the way to Durban the vehicle I was driving was giving problems and I thought I would not reach Durban.
I was hesitant to call at the Kia dealer in PMB as I have been seriously disillusioned about Kia as a brand and their service.
I was attended to by Carmen Piercey who explained that they were extremely busy and one technician short but said she would speak to her Manager.
All their ramps where occupied but Denise Cannon arranged for immediate assistance.
To my surprise, I was on the road again in less than an hour. The vehicle performed as expected for the balance of the trip.
I would like to compliment Denise and Carmen for the professional way the matter was dealt with and that they did their best to improve my perception of Kia's service.
