I have 6 contracts with them and it used to go off a 3rd party account. When I moved it to my husbands account I struggled for 3 months. Everytime they had a very nice excuse. This month is was set right at last but now they over bill my accounts saying that its in arrears but in fact its not. When I phone them they can see back till may that it has not been in arrears. How can I get the problem fixed? Regards Yolande
