I am extremely upset with Telkom as this Directly affects the safety and well-being of our kids. My daughters school Brighton Beach Senior Primary School on the Bluff in Durban has a landline with Telkom 031 467 4880 that has not been fixed since the 2nd December 2013. This is not acceptable. As parents we need to be able to be in constant communication with the school and in case of emergencies WHAT HAPPENS THEN?? Today i was about to call you guys to put a landline in my house because I need to get the internet installed but now i am even terrified to do that with you guys. I request an urgent response to this letter. on your website you say "we are about innovating products and services that make good on those promises" REALLY??? DO YOU??? I CHALLENGE TELKOM TO PROVE THIS.
