Bad service

I drove a 180km to upgrade my cell contract. I was told i could upgrade there and then. After choosing a more expensive option due to stock limits and wasteing 45min filling in everything i was told i have to come back in 7 days. The only reason that was given to me was that the computer said so and sorry they cant help. After being with 8ta 2 years i am now forced to change service providers.
