The problem started in the beginning of December, and i have been phoning Telkom everyday to either being put on hold and never taken off or i get to each time saying the problem has been fixed and i get a given a reference number, and yet on the 3 of January 2014 i still do not have a working landline nor do i have working Internet. The worst part of this is that we pay these people for their services and they have not delivered, i am now tired of giving them free money and getting nothing in return!!! We are now currently looking for a new provider because Telkom is useless!!
