Poor server for ADSL LINE

Hi,

I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for Telkom to activate my adsl line, ive been following up with them almost on a daily basis where i have got numerous excuses why the line has not been activated (Sometimes more than 1 very different excuse in 1 day) ive been told the telephone lines was however my landline is working so that can not be the case. Ive been told the Dslam ports are being upgraded at the sub station but the all the other people in my surrounding areas adsl is working.

Im getting sick and tired of hearing excuses and nothing being done about it! if telkom claims to have a 2 week turnaround surely they must be able to deliver!! i want to know WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE SORTED OUT???!!!
