Ridiculous Latency

I spent almost R1000 every month for my line, yet the latency on my telkom lines is ridiculous. 800ms If I am lucky. My line has gone down twice over the weekend now and yet you still expect me to pay this ridiculous amount every month. Here's whats going to happen. You are going to explain to me why I am losing huge amounts of data packets in burgundy estate cape town, then you going to fix it or I will personally make sure that your direct stores has a very bad day.
