Rude Rude Rude!!!

Spoke to Tulani this morning re our line's (x4) being deactivated. He advised that is was due to short payment and got rude & very arrogant. These calls are 'supposed' to be recorded so check the recordings to check. Then on calling again after calming down, a much friendlier lady assisted us & advised that the system is actually down. I find that there is no client customer relationship .. we always over pay for the last 8 years and on the 1 month that a short payment of R150 is made, we get given attitude by Tulani. We are humans the last time I checked - not dogs!!! In addition when we took out the contracts, we stipulated exactly when we would pay i.e. last working day of the month - and without fail, almost every beginning of a new month - our lines are cut. This has to be sorted out or you will be loosing us as customers. Let me not go into wanting to speak to a supervisor - that's a mission and a half cause they are ALWAYS in a meeting!! unacceptable. Maybe we should just make the switch and go somewhere else :(
