HELLO THERE,
I need you to really check MTN billing system, this the fifth time they will be deducting my airtime especially during the midnite and every one in my house experience this. R10 was deducted last week and this morning again R6 and some cents were deducted.
The last time I called the customer care I was told I subscribe for a particular product which is not treu because that was the same thing they told my mum, I was asked to send stop to a particular number which I did. This action needs to stop because we are forced to use all the airtime before u go to bed else it will be deducted before they break.
I imagine how much they will realize if R1 is deducted from all subscribers. This has to stop and refund my airtime please.
