I was phoned by one of Virgin Money's call centre agents. She was very rude to me. Asking when will I make payment of R780. I informed her that I have until the 15th to pay so what is the problem now. She was very rude and wanted an answer if I will pay today or not. The cut off time for payment is the 15th! Why am I being phoned on the 10th of the month by such a rude person! My account is not in arrears. In fact I actually paid more than double the minimum instalment last month. On top of it all my instalment due this month is ONLY R240 so why am I being harassed for R780?! And talk about harassed! I have multiple missed calls from the same number at odd hours. Even on a Sunday! Do not phone me on a Sunday to harass me for a payment that was only due in 7 days! Ridiculous. You should employ agents with better people skills!
