Last year October my phone screen was damage, I called in to report and the phone was fetch. End of November I paid the assess fee and I was told that I'll have my phone the following week. I waited for a month and then on December I decide to do follow ups, only to find out that they have not done anything to fix my phone because they Haven't received the proof of payment because the person (Tumelo Kgwale) responsible for my phone is on leave. I was told that they haven't fixed it because I have to deactivate" I find my phone", so I deactivated it and reported it back to Koketso Mathabathe, whom was responsible and after a week I text a message to ask if my phone was fixed. Then respond I got was " pls deactivate your ifind my phone" from Tammy Pillay. Now everytime I phone them I don't get a respond and the Curtis phone that they have me doesn't even last any hour.
