Online Itemised Bills dysfunctional

I have now tried unsuccessfully to obtain Itemised Bills from the online portal for 6 months. I need to call the call centre to get this in CSV format, and the format is different every time. I have a predefined worksheet within which I must populate the data from the online itemised billing download to be able to claim back business calls from my employer. With Nashua Mobile Time is definitely not Money!!!
