Incompetence at its best

Went to a Telkom store to cancel my contract as my phone got. As part of the procedure an email was sent to the cancellation department and in the email it was Cleary written that my number should not be cancelled and should be ported back to prepaid. However that was ignored and my number was cancelled despite my request, I am now stuck without a number because of incompetence... highly disappointed and disgusted by the service
