Unwillingness to address cloned number!

My Virgin originated cell number was ported to MTN a few years ago without issues.
2 weeks ago I got an SMS notification that my SIM card was successully RICA'd! I immediately suspected someone was cloning my SIM for identity, locked down my internet/phone banking which uses the number for OPT receipt.
2/1/2014 called Nombalela #4262543 Verified the number exists on their system, forwarded to IT to change it
...no feedback as promised within 48 hrs
6/1/2014 called Lebo #4305932 promised to escalate to IT and get back to me within 48 hrs
...no feedback as promised within 48 hrs
13/1/2014 Unable to get thro to callcentre, send message via 'contact us' got computer generated response promising to be in touch
...no feedback as promised
15/1/2014 I give up, Virgin are obviously dont give a that they are re-using my number and causing me hassles with my banking by opening my accounts up to use.
