No service delivery

1. Installation was delayed beyond provided turnaround time until complaint placed
2. Debit order document signed but was never setup
3. Account suspended despite debit order forms signed
4. Stood in queue for over an hour to get bill paid manually at a vendor as the Bayside branch refused to take any deposits at 18:15 on 3 occasions (shopping centre trading hours are until 19:00)
5. On payment all settings were non-existent. Spent an hour on the phone to reconnect internet with no avail
6. Spent another hour on the phone to reconnect adsl with no avail
7. I continue to pay for a service that is not being delivered

Please have this sorted asap!!!
