POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Yet again I am struggling to get reception on the MTN internet networks. I acceptyed the renewal of my MTN internet contract because the sales people stated that reception will only improve. As i work from home I am reliant on my connection which in most cases are either non-existent or so poor that no data transmission is possible (EDGE). Reception speed mainly remains between 10 and 150 kbps and in bursts sometimes reach 800kbps. These burst is so rare as is the rain in this area. I have submitted a number of queries, the last as recently as Sunday but the automated responses just do not seem to get any further. Maybe some one else to apporach tehm?
