Went to telkom mobile on friday night for a new data contract - system was down. Elizabeth was so awesome - she asked me to complete the form to capture once system is up and running. She called me the next day to say that system is up and that she is busy capturing my info. She again called 10 minutes later to confirm that it has been approved and that the sim card is ready for collection.
None of her colleagues in the store Friday night seemed interested to help up - thank goodness you have someone as brilliant as Elizabeth in your store. Please employ more please like he
