My home line stopped working on Saturday. I got an SMS today to say I would be cut off as I haven't paid. However I specifically signed a debit order authorisation with a high limit, to avoid this. I can't call anyone to resolve as my home line doesn't work and the system doesn't allow lodging of two queries on one number.
I'm stuck at home, can't call out and others are repeatedly calling me to get hold of me but Telkom allows the phone to give a ringing tone, even though there is no dial tone.
Help!
