WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!!! ADSL BUSTED FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS . 1ST YOU TRIED BLAMING MY LINE, CUT IT, PHONED ME AND ASKED IF THERE S A DIAL TONE . FAIR ENOUGH NO DIAL TONE!!! CAME AND "FIX IT" RAN FINE FOR THE WEEKEND (LINE AN i BELIEVE THE YOU TELL ME). 8 AM SHARP THE PROBLEMS STARTED AGAIN THE FOLLOWING MONDAY! NO LINE KEEPS ON DROPPING EVERYDAY WITH WRONG SPEEDS . AGAIN TONIGHT I CALLED, SPOKE TO SUPERVISOR AND ALL OF A SUDDEN MY DIAL TONE GONE AGAIN! YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CATCH ME WITH THE SAME AGAIN . SWITCH MY LINE BACK ON .THE PROBLEM IS NOT HERE IT S WITH YOUR EXCHANGE . YOU GUYS ARE BUSY BUYING TIME . I WANT MY LINE BACK ON!!! I LL ADVISE YOU NOT TO CALL ME TOMORROW AND ASK IF I VE GOT A DIAL TONE, THIS WILL NOT WORK THIS TIME!! REVIEW MY ACCOUNT ASWELL, YOU COULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE I WANT MY MONEY BACK .. AND AGAIN SWITCH MY LINE BACK ON... I DONT CARE IF YOU ARE BUSY UPGRADING WHAT EVER, YOU ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS . ARE THE PEOPLE EVEN QUALIFIED WORKING THERE!!! WILL IT HELP IF I LAY A COMPLAINT WITH Consumer Protection Department of ICASA!!!
