I logged a query to have my website files restore 4 days ago and up to now nothing has been done. Web Africa told me that they only keep a backup for the last 7 days so how am i going to have anything restored if it takes you almost 7 days to restore freaking files. SANRAL has better customer care service compared to Web Africa, i just venting my frustrations through this site because apparently you respond faster on this site than on your system.
