Shocking Service & Personal Info Compromised

I had a problem with my Blackberry Bold 9790 during November 2012. I was advised that it will take 7 days for them to get back to me. They did the backup of my data (apparently 1.5Gb's worth) and gave it to me on a flashdrive that I supplied. 2 weeks later I had to phone again, and they told me the handset will be replaced and that I will be contacted. A week went by and again I had to call to enquire, and was told my replacement handset was ready. When I finally got there after a month of waiting, I was offered a 9900 which I did not want. Another month later, many complaints and calls later, they finally replaced my handset after 2 months of struggling. When I tried to restore my data, I was in possession of another customer's backed up information. I've sent e-mails subsequent to this and have been waiting for a reply now for weeks, but still nothing.
I want my data that was backed up. If I received another customer's personal information, I fear that my personal information and files have been compromised.
This is very unprofessional!
And then receiving an e-mail with standardised response is insulting!
