Wrong data package after 3 months hassle reconnect

Utterly Disgusted: I was only reconnected with the WRONG DATA PACKAGE. I requested the month to month 3G and have been given a 10G 10G. I am not paying for this.
I need to know the following:
1. Is this over 24 months or month to month?
2. I asked for 3G at R129, SO why the above?

I will not pay for this. Granny Malinga is also now not responding to my emails. What kind of Management skills are these?
