Nashua Mobile
Contract Expired but Why i still pay

My 24 month contract has just expired on the 19th Dec 13. I called in and requested a paid up letter and I was told that there was no need as the system automatically would cancel all the billings or contracts with Nashua. but shockingly I received a statement now in January saying that I have to pay R115. on the 11th Jan 14 I called in and tried to find out. I was told that my contract is still on. how and why I still don't know. Poor customer service and are the contributing factors. I don't want any dealings with them and not willing to pay because the contract that was given to me doesn't say any of this that they are claiming. Why should I pay for something that is paid up. why don't you teach your consultants how to explain the contract or terms and conditions to your alleged customers. why didn't you even bother to call me about the retention intentions or is this how you thank your customers for doing business with you. I still have your contract and is non-informative, so I want that money to be reversed as I have no budget for it since the account is paid up or I will take it up with the consumer commission and retail ombudsman. you are defrauding the poo
