Dealt with emergency call effectively

Last night I was witness to an assault by a car guard on a fellow "homeless beggar". The beggar was kicked in his head twice, rendering him unconscious and in need of medical attention. forget 10111, this service doenst work. MTN's 121 service responded to my call within seconds and dispatched the relevant provincial ambulance.
Well done.
