I changed service provider a couple of months ago as Afrihost was more affordable. I have since had nothing but bad service from their call centre in setting up emails, to one of my domain names being deactivated as well as them promising to call back after I had complained which I did not receive. This company boasts about wanting to provide the best service but they lack the ability to deliver on this service. I might have saved a couple of rand on the monthly expense but I have landed up paying more calling their call centre to keep following up. They seem to lack the will and ability to follow a quarry through to the end.
