I cancelled my cellphone contract because the bill did make sense and the 24 months was over but this stupid company keeps on debiting my account month after month. I called the call Centre more than 12 times about the same issue but everytime the person I talk to faults the person I spoke to previously. The department responsible only they (the call Centre agants) can reach it via email and if they don't respond to those email then nothing can be done. This si so sickening as I have spent so much time and money trying to get to the bottom of this but cannot find a way to solve this.
