Incorrect Billing for Data/no communication

3RD Dec i got an SMS saying that my account is in an arrears of R300. I call cust service and they tell me that the reason is is that i used over 1 gig of data on my cellphone, Vodacom logs the call and say it will take 16 days for them to investigate, i call after 13 days and the agent tells me that the call has been closed and that my account is still in an arrears. She says that she will have to log another call. the call gets resolved but vodacom will only charge R112 as a good gesture on there behalf. End of Dec my phone gets cut off. They tell me the reason is because i owe them R949 for the month of Nov and Dec. I pay the amount my phone is back on. Then i get a sms to tell me that i used 512mb of data and that i have to pay in more money now. I also then asked for my contract to be changed to a top up, i had to pay in R1111.50 for this. My problem is that vodacom never called me at all to talk me through payments etc.. or what is happening, i phone customer care they are so incompetent nobody can tell me whats going on, The stuff that gets done on the call center side never reflects on the accounts side. I don't know where i stand anymore. Its putrid and so disappointing.
