I bought a new handset 2 days ago. the back cover was loose so i took it back the next day during my lunch hour. it was extremely busy so i went back the next day. One of the employees first tells me theres nothing they can do its loose so i must deal with it! then she went to her manager who said the cover was broken! the phne had NOTHING broken which i proved to them by shoing them another model. they agreed it wasnt broken and said tehy cannnot do anything but book it in. I must wait 7 days for them to decide if they will replace it and not even giving a guarantee that i will get a new phone! I BOUGHT THIS PHONE 2 DAYS AGO IT CAME OUT OF THE BOX THIS WAY AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO LOOK FOR EXCUSES NOT TO REPLACE THE PHONE! I am payign alot on my contracts and have been a customer for a number of years. IS this what vodacom is all abotu- do they acll this service, please teach your staff how to deak with customers and look into yiour policies they are unfair to the consume
