On the 7th March I bought this service, on the 14 th March they installed it. It was fantastic. I was extremely satisfied even in the low peak I could get my work done, I purchased the night stalker package. The the nightmare started, on 29 March I had no connection, that whole Easter weekend nothing. Up until the 27th April it was on for 5min then off for more than an hour. Now I have no connection for the past week. They say that the tower is damaged and that head office has been called to aide Lephalale tecnicians to fix it, what only now! A full month later. This is unacceptable! I pay up front. This is an infringement on my consumer rights. I own a company and depend heavily on internet. I had to buy a modem pay that data so I am paying 2 internet services all because you guys took one month to repair a tower. I sincerely hope that when you up and running again I get compensated for these 37 days and counting of no service.
