This must be a joke right? After spending over R200 on air time, spending 3 sessions of 2hr both in Clearwater and Rock Cottage branches (West rand), I was told on the 30th Dec, that due to the incompetance of staff capturing the upgrade, that all was sorted out. I made 2 payments of R550 and R2789.69 to sort out their mess. Today I get informed that I still owe them R3002 or the phones will be blocked for the 7th time. So instead of the original R7400 rand, they are now trying to split this into multiple payments with various reasons. These are costs incurred due to the inability of staff to capture the upgrade correctly and then expecting me, the client, to pay for their incompetance. DO NOT USE ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY NASHUA MOBILE, actually there are NO SERVICES provided.
