it is totally unfair that i must pay connection fee, yet cell c did not honour their contract
let us once and for all pls settle this matter
you should remember that i came to you for with the intention to take out 2 year contract
your own ppl, and cancelled the contract - a billing error on your part
in hindsight if i knew that i had to pay 114 just to connect for a month 1, i would not of signed on.
if you were me how would you feel being treated like this
i am only prepared to pay for the calls used, but you first must pass the credit - 114 and i will settle promptly
sort this out today, im sick of this to and fro to sort out a petty matter!!!
