The wonderful of Autopage accounts

This is certainly not the first time i have had issues with the accounts departmeen of Autopage and some how i have a sneaky feeling t wont be the last. We receive a statemnet with one amount and then we are billed almost double that figure, are you guys hard up? desperate for cash flow? Enjoy abusing your clientele? is Autopage trying to obtain cash for a little belated Christmas gift. Now i must waste my time chasing after you guys again to try and understand why you guess the figure you want to debit me instead of the amount that you e-mailed me on statement.
