This is the worst case of administration I have ever experienced. Autopage really need a wakeup call. I phone them and inquire what my account is - they give me a figure that does not balance with the e-mailed statement. I pay the required amount and a week later my phone is suspended because of arrear payments. Very quick to point out that a reconnection fee of R49.00 will be added. This has been going on for /- 3 months. Is there anyone at Autopage that know how the account system work?
